  • Booking is easy — simply contact us through the website or phone, share your property details and planned go-live date, and we’ll handle the rest from scheduling to delivery. Creative House Studio

  • We currently provide services across Coventry, Leamington, Kenilworth, Warwick, Rugby, Solihull, Southam the Cotswolds, and surrounding areas. But, if you’re outside these areas, just get in touch — we’re constantly expanding.

  • Most clients receive their completed visual assets by the end of the following business day after the shoot. Properties photographed on a Friday are usually delivered on Monday.

  • Shoot times vary, but a typical 3-bedroom property photoshoot takes around 35 - 45 minutes. The length changes with additional services like twilight shots, drone work, or videography.

  • No problem — we professionally replace skies on exterior shots when needed, ensuring your listing visuals look bright and inviting. In extreme conditions we may ask that the shoot be postponed.

  • Yes! If you only need video or photo content optimised for social media, we can tailor a package specifically to those formats and platforms.

  • Yes — we provide drone services for aerial views and dynamic property visuals as part of our photography and video packages.

  • Absolutely. You can select individual services or we can build a custom package based on your property, target audience, and how you plan to use the content.

  • Yes, we do for most of our clients. Once you share the property details and vendor contact, we manage scheduling with the homeowner so you don’t have to worry about the logistics. However if you would rather have input in this part of the process that’s totally fine too.

  • Creative House Studio focuses on professional property visuals that help listings stand out on portals and attract buyers quickly. We’re known for quality, reliability, and fast turnaround across the Midlands and Cotswolds.
